Your Voice Sings Terms and Conditions

Student Responsibility:

The student is responsible for their own security, wifi connection and device connections in conjunction with the services through the Your Voice Sings website, both online and offline.

Ensure that all of your personal details and contact information are accurate and up-to-date as you may be contacted by email or text messages regarding reminders, cancellations, updates or any other communication.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the correct equipment to be able to access the relevant Online Classroom Platform prior to an Online Lesson. NO REFUNDS will be made in the event that Students are unable to attend the lesson or access the online classroom due to equipment, device failure or any other factors beyond the control of the tutor or platform. 

Bookings:

Bookings must be made and paid for 24hours in advance of the start of a lesson and payment details provided and set up. Where the booking is made later than 24hours, the lesson will not be attended by the tutor until payment is made. Plans qualify for a minimum of 4 attended lessons.

You are responsible for checking that Bookings made by the Tutor on your behalf are done so correctly and understand they will be informed of these lessons by email or text (except where a student has chosen to alter their notification settings to exclude email or text communications) and through the website only.

Cancellations:

The student may cancel any booking, without incurring any charge, by giving more than 24 hours’ notice for plans. One-off lessons will incur a late cancellation charge if not cancelled before 12 hours. 

Lessons are Non Refundable.  If there are significant extenuating circumstances for the cancellation and cancellation is done 12 hours before the lesson, the lesson can be rescheduled, according to availability, at the discretion of the tutor. However, if a lesson is cancelled with short notice less than 4 hours before the scheduled start, the lesson will be forfeited. Please note, the rescheduled lesson must be rearranged before the student’s next lesson or within two weeks of a fortnightly cancellation.  If the tutor cancels giving less than 12hours then the lesson will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience of the student.
