Cancellation Policy
Lessons or Classes are non refundable. 12 hours notice must be given before a lesson is cancelled. Cancellations outside the 12 hours will be forfeited. However, in 'exceptional circumstances', a recurring plan must be rescheduled before the next lesson or classes may be rearranged for another week dependant on class attendance. If it is a one-off lesson, there is not another week or there is insufficient attendance, that session will be forfeited(see full Terms and Conditions on the website).
