Cancellation Policy
Lessons or Classes are non refundable. 24 hours notice must be given before a lesson is cancelled. Cancellations outside the 24 hours will be forfeited. Recurring plans can be rescheduled, in 'exceptional circumstances', before the next lesson/class is due, and may be rearranged for another week dependant on class attendance. If it is a one-off lesson, or there is insufficient classes for attendance, that session will be forfeited (see full Terms and Conditions on the website).
